Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to drive reliability initiatives across life sciences facility assets. You will lead assessments, optimize CMMS, and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering, strong CMMS experience (MRI Angus, Maximo, SAP PM, or eMaint), and a proven track record in FMEA/RCM/RCFA. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering within life sciences or manufacturing.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and asset management skills.
• Proficiency with FMEA/RCM/RCFA and condition monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability assessments, root cause investigations, and corrective actions for critical facilities.
• Own CMMS platform; maintain asset records, PM schedules, and reporting.
• Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze downtime, maintenance history, and reliability metrics for improvements.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities based on asset criticality and priorities.
• Support condition monitoring programs and reliability data analysis.
• Lead RCFA, FMEA, RCMP analyses and asset criticality assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, and Operations to optimize programs.
