Job summary

Medsien, a leading provider of Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to guide patients through our programs from the comfort of a remote setting.

You will handle enrollment documentation, educate patients, coordinate with care teams and privacy compliance, and build trusting relationships with patients and practices. This 1099 role runs Monday through Friday in the United States and does not include benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification from an accredited body (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Help patients navigate programs and adoption of equipment.
• Document enrollment details and program eligibility in EHRs.
• Follow up on enrollment progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide clear patient education about Medsien programs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Collaborate with providers, insurers, social workers to enroll patients.
