Job summary

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Certified Medical Assistants for a fully remote, full-time 1099 contractor role across the United States. You will manage a large monthly caseload and perform care management duties for patients enrolled in CCM, RPM, PCM and RTM programs.

Requirements include an active national CMA certification, excellent phone communication, and comfort with technology and EHR systems. Training is paid, and benefits are not included in this contract.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workload, prioritize tasks and track progress toward targets.
• Follow procedures and stay compliant with quality audits.
• Communicate technial issues or impact on workday to the team.

4 Corner Resources is hiring multiple Certified Medical Assistantsfor a growing remote care management company that partners with medical practices across the U.S. These are full-time, fully remote 1099 contractor roles. If you’re a Certified Medical Assistant who wants to keep helping patients without going into a clinic every day, this is a strong next step, and your earnings grow with the caseload you take on.

Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage a monthly caseload of 220 to 250 members across multiple medical practices
• Make outbound calls to members who are already enrolled in care programs. This is not cold calling.
• Support members in Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs
• Build ongoing relationships with members and support their care management needs
• Complete accurate, thorough documentation and follow-up tasks after each interactionPlan your daily workload, prioritize tasks, and track your progress against performance targets
• Follow established procedures and keep work compliant with quality audits
• Communicate promptly with the team about technical issues or anything that affects your workday

Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:

• Active national Medical Assistant certification (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or similar). Single-state certifications, diplomas, and completion certificates don’t qualify.
• Clear, friendly phone communication and a real interest in connecting with patients.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision
• Comfortable with technology, including Slack, Google Workspace, and EHR systems
• Your own computer, plus a quiet, dedicated place to work.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Certified Medical Assistant Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working toward weekly KPIs or productivity metrics
• High-volume phone or patient outreach experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) or Russian (preferred)
• Location: Fully remote, must be in U.S.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm in your local time zone
• Pay Rate:Paid per completed chart, based on total time per chart, including the call and documentation.
• Training: One week of paid training. You earn a flat $100 per day Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, you’re guaranteed at least $100 per day when you complete at least 5 charts or a full day of call volume, with the chance to earn more.
• Engagement: Full-time 1099 independent contractor role. Benefits are not included.
• Growth: There are future training and lead roles available as the company grows.
