Job summary

Medsien, based in San Francisco, is expanding its Care Partner remote team. As a Certified Medical Assistant in the Float Pool, you will support patients across multiple practices, track care plans, and ensure continuity of care remotely across the US.

The role is full-time, 1099, with paid training, competitive pay, and better work-life balance. You will engage with patients, monitor device readings, maintain detailed records, and stay compliant with CCM/RPM standards.

Qualifications

• National Certification in Medical Assisting.
• Residence in the US.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with patients and families.
• Highly adaptable across different medical practices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with patients and track adherence to care plans.
• Monitor patients' device readings and investigate out-of-bounds values.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and program details.
• Stay up to date on CCM/RPM regulations and compliance standards.
• Ensure all patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and track care performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Support patients across multiple practices, adapting to workflows and teams.
• Transition between practices while maintaining consistent care quality.
