Medsien is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our remote Care Partner team in the US. You will use your clinical skills to support patients across multiple practices, building care plans and ensuring continuity of care from a remote position.

This full-time 1099 role includes paid training, flexible workflow across practices, and a focus on patient engagement, adherence tracking, and outcome improvement in CCM/RPM programs.

Qualifications

• National Certification in Medical Assisting required.

As a Care Partner, you will create and track patients' care plans and accompany them in their healthcare journey. You’ll also receive competitive pay, paid training, fully remote work (US only), and better work-life balance.

We are expanding our Care Partner team and looking for adaptable Certified Medical Assistants to join our Float Pool. In this role, you will support patients across multiple medical practices rather than being assigned to a single practice. You’ll work with different teams, adapt to changing workflows, and help ensure continuity of care across our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with patients and track their adherence to their care plans.
• Closely monitor patients' device readings and dig into any out-of-bounds values.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and program details.
• Stay up to date on the latest regulations and compliance standards for CCM/RPM services.
• Ensure all patient enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and track care performance, striving to meet or exceed goals.
• Support patients across multiple medical practices, adapting to different workflows, teams, and patient populations.
• Transition seamlessly between practices based on operational needs while maintaining consistent care quality.

Qualifications

• National Certification in Medical Assisting.
• Residence in the US.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with patients and their families.
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working across different medical practices and teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally with colleagues.

It's nice-to-haveif you have;

• Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.

Please note that having national certification in Medical Assisting from AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP, or similar is a hard job requirement, and any single-state certifications, diplomas, or completion certificates do not qualify.

Training and Development

You will receive comprehensive training on our program details, enrollment processes, and communication techniques to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.

This is a full-time 1099 role and does not come with benefits
