Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA certification within 12 months or ABR-OE alternative as allowed.
• BLS Life Support certification at hire for some Mercy Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous service.
• Review patient charts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, resp, BP, weight, height).
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals, phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as needed.
