Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies in the public safety space. You will support ongoing training activities, tailor customer education experiences, and adapt material for varying student levels from end users to administrators.

The role requires initiative, instructional experience, and a technical background, with travel up to 50% and the ability to work in CJIS-secure environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• 3+ years of public safety experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products prefered.
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third party integrations.
• Presenting training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Completing department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders regarding training schedules.
• Compiling training and technical documents and course material.
• Measuring knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operating under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
