Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies within Global Education.

You’ll support ongoing technical/end-user training activities, tailor the customer education experience, and adapt to varying student levels from end users to system administrators in public safety environments. The role requires initiative, instructional experience, and a technical background, with travel up to 50% and CJIS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• Public safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Prepare training reports and keep schedules up to date.
• Develop course materials and measure knowledge transfer.
