Job summary
HigherEchelon, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Editor for the Edifecs suite and VA cloud migrations.
This remote role involves turning complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and working with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will develop manuals, runbooks, SOPs, release notes, and training materials, maintain documentation lifecycle, and coordinate reviews across multi-disciplinary teams while supporting
Qualifications
- Experience creating technical and administrative documentation.
- Ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with documentation standards and version control.
- Experience with content-management systems.
- Experience with government/healthcare documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit reports, manuals, SOPs, and user guides.
- Develop deployment guides, runbooks, and training materials.
- Coordinate reviews and manage document versions.
- Collaborate with engineers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with standards.
