Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
- Academic record and degree in technical field or strong alternative path.
- Experience supporting Linux systems and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers remotely to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bridge fixes and customer needs.
- Own support cases with transparent communication and reliability.
- Provide Ubuntu lifecycle guidance and publish knowledge base articles.
- Participate in weekend rotation to ensure global support coverage.
