• 5+ years of software/cloud/platform/security engineering experience with production systems delivering reliability, performance, or security outcomes.
• 2+ years in people leadership including coaching, architecture review, and code reviews.
• Deep experience securing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP with cloud-native services and security controls.
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable engineering solutions and reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team delivering cloud security controls as software products.
• Set technical direction and drive high-quality execution across design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews, design decisions, and code reviews.
• Own reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the team’s products in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, platform teams, and engineers to align roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Cultivate a modern delivery culture with TDD, pair programming, and accountability.
