Job summary

LeoRose Consulting seeks a Cyber Security Engineer (Cloud/ATO Steward) to collaborate with system owners on ATO packages and RMF compliance. You will map artifacts to NIST 800-53 controls and help with POAMs, eMASS navigation, and control implementation statements.

The role supports remote delivery anywhere in the U.S. and requires experience with ATO processes, artifact orchestration, and client management. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year.

Qualifications

Experience with eMASS and RMF processes is required.
Experience developing and reviewing ATO artifacts, POA&M, and security controls.
Experience leading cyber teams and client engagements.
Knowledge of RMF and NIST 800-53 Rev. 4.
Ability to facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze authorization documents and identify gaps.
Based in the U.S. and able to work standard hours (EST)

Responsibilities

Create ATO packages with system owners and map artifacts to NIST 800-53 controls.
Review and help write control implementation statements.
Assist system teams with POAM management and eMASS workflow guidance.
Provide guidance and support throughout the RMF process.
Coordinate with system stakeholders to address authorization gaps.
