Job summary

WinTrio LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance. This role is critical in managing the full system security lifecycle, including implementation, assessment, and continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of cybersecurity experience with a strong grasp of federal compliance requirements, vulnerability management, and audit readiness. This position is remote but may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with strong RMF and ATO experience.
• Hands-on experience with NIST RMF, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and POA&M management.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle activities including system categorization and control implementation.
• Develop and maintain ATO artifacts and security documentation.
• Monitor continuous authorization activities and security posture reporting.
