Job summary

Leidos is seeking a cybersecurity engineer to collaborate with the ISSE in advanced security engineering, RMF/ATO compliance, and mission support across Windows and Linux servers, databases, and web apps. You will translate security requirements into secure designs and help manage risk.

Responsibilities include vulnerability assessments with Nessus and SCAP tools, applying STIGs, developing SSPs/POA&Ms, supporting eMASS for ATO, and configuring Trellix, Splunk, ACAS, and ePO to uphold security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and DoD security clearance.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and compliant with RMF/ATO requirements.
• Experience with Windows and Linux security, vulnerability management, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ISSE on security engineering and RMF/ATO compliance.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation planning.
• Administer and secure Windows and Linux environments, databases, and web technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and document SSPs, POA&Ms, and security processes.
