Job summary

Capitole is seeking a Cloud Security Architect/Engineer with experience across AWS, Azure or GCP to design secure cloud architectures and strengthen security governance. The role requires hands-on scripting and strong RCA capabilities, working with international teams in a fully remote setup.

You will participate in security reviews, maintain automation scripts, and contribute to cloud governance while collaborating with infrastructure and security colleagues to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud Security Architect/Engineer or similar.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security principles, architecture and governance.
• Experience with CNAPP platforms, preferably Wiz or similar.
• Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and support secure cloud architectures across public cloud platforms.
• Assess cloud security posture and identify risks and remediation opportunities.
• Work with CNAPP solutions to strengthen security visibility and control.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for security incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and security teams to implement security best practices.
• Participate in security reviews, architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational and security-related activities.
• Contribute to cloud governance and security strategy initiatives.
