Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP in the United States is seeking a Cloud Security Administrator to support day-to-day operations securing the firm’s cloud presence. You will collaborate with Information Security, DevOps, Networking, and MSP partners to implement security controls, conduct audits, participate in CSIRT, and assist with client security questionnaires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience; CISSP helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft cloud tech (Azure, O365).

Responsibilities

• Ensure security solutions and cloud posture management aligned with policy.
• Help teams securely deploy resources in cloud environments.
• Administer cloud-based privilege access and conduct access reviews.
• Monitor security posture and participate in incident response.
• Assist with audits and questionnaires.
• Participate in CSIRT and after-hours incident calls.
