Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure storage, AKS, Azure services, and AWS S3 Glacier/Storage.
• CI/CD tooling experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Cloud automation and scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Kubernetes and AKS operations experience.
• Cloud security and access management knowledge.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Execute end-to-end data rehydration and recovery activities.
• Restore data from long-term storage and manage rehydration SLAs/SLOs.
• Develop automation to streamline rehydration workflows.
• Build monitoring, dashboards, and alerting for recovery operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during recovery events.
• Document recovery outcomes and lessons learned for audits.
