Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Cloud Native Architect to drive Kubernetes-based data platform initiatives for enterprise customers. This role focuses on delivering stateful containerized workloads, Day 2 data management, and cross‑cloud strategies.

You will lead architecture discussions, showcase thought leadership, and partner with sales and engineering to scale the Portworx platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a customer-facing senior technical architect, strong Linux and Kubernetes expertise,

Qualifications

• 5+ years as customer facing senior technical architect.
• 5+ years Linux administration and/or development with a cert.
• 3+ years Kubernetes administration with KCNA or higher.
• Certification fluency in OpenShift, Rancher or similar Kubernetes orchestrators.
• Certification fluency in Cloud IaaS (VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack).
• Fluency with DevOps tools: Ansible, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD.
• Fluency in data engineering, big data, and database operations.
• Understanding of data platform tech for highly available apps (on‑prem, hybrid, cloud).
• Understanding of enterprise app dev lifecycle and container platforms effects.
• Ability to distill complex problems into a simple vision and drive customer interest.
• Travel up to 50% for regional work.

Responsibilities

• Architects role as customer-facing expert for running stateful apps in containers and automating Day 2 data management workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to define solution architectures and go-to-market approaches.
• Coach and influence teams to drive desired behaviors and outcomes for customer success.
