Job summary

DBServices is seeking a Cloud & Kubernetes Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms across regions. You will manage cloud compute, networking, storage, and identity services, while administering Linux systems and automating with Terraform and Ansible.

You will deploy containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, tune Kubernetes networking/storage (CNI/CSI/Ingress), and maintain robust monitoring, backup, and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and operating Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience with Cloud compute, networking, storage and identity services.
• Strong Linux system administration skills (services, permissions, patching, hardening, troubleshooting).
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with Kubernetes networking and storage components (CNI, CSI, Ingress).
• Knowledge of networking and connectivity: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, TLS, SSH.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, secrets management and security.
• Knowledge of Git, Bash, Python and GitLab CI/CD.
• Advanced English

• Manage IAM/RBAC, secrets and security practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and automate tasks using Bash and Python.
