Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters and secure GCP infrastructure. You will automate deployments with Helm, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines, while maintaining robust monitoring, incident response, and high availability.

A strong focus on networking, secure ingress/egress, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code is required. You will collaborate across teams to implement Zero Trust principles, manage VPNs and hybrid

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes (GKE) clusters.
• Manage namespaces, RBAC, Network Policies, Ingress Controllers, Services and Storage Classes.
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, node pool management and capacity planning.
• Automate deployments using Helm, ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor cluster health, availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot pod, deployment, service and ingress issues.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPCs, subnets, routing tables, NAT Gateways and firewalls.
• Design secure ingress and egress traffic flows.
• Manage Load Balancers, VPN, Hybrid Connectivity and DNS solutions.
• Diagnose network latency, packet loss and connectivity issues.
• Implement Zero Trust and network segmentation principles.
• Design and manage GCP infrastructure including: GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud DNS, Cloud Load Balancer, Cloud NAT, IAM, Stackdriver.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Configure monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Support disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
