StarTechs Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud HCM Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Cloud HCM initiatives, across transformation, implementation, integrations, and HR technology programs.

The role is a long-term opportunity with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HCM implementation lifecycle, data migration, testing, and deployment, along with executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program/project management experience.
• Strong experience with Cloud HCM programs or large-scale HCM transformations.
• Experience managing enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Cloud HCM initiatives from inception to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and vendor partners.
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders to drive program governance, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful data migration, testing, and deployment across platforms.
