Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product organization’s role in our public cloud and vendor ecosystem. This role focuses on cloud billing analysis, licensing coordination, and interoperability across AWS, Azure, and other strategic vendors, translating provider requirements into scalable product processes.

Based in the United States with a remote work setup, you will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Billing Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Sales to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Product Manager in cloud/managed services.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud billing, especially AWS; familiarity with Azure.
• Experience analyzing billing, discounts, credits, and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate provider and partner requirements into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product organization’s role in public cloud and vendor ecosystem.
• Own cloud billing analysis, escalation support, and licensing coordination.
• Define product requirements and backlog for interoperability and monetization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to align roadmap.
• Ensure operational readiness and packaging of cloud services.
• Drive policy, process improvements, and customer experience improvements.
