Job summary

Archera is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our cloud-finance platform with customer environments. You will write code, build integrations against partner and hyperscaler APIs, and own what you ship.

You will engage with field teams, AWS Azure, and customers to explain technical value and align on architecture. You will work across the full deal cycle, from technical discovery to production escalation, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on technical roles with customer-facing work.
• Deep hands-on Azure experience with its commitment constructs and billing mechanics.
• Proficient in modern developer tooling: APIs, Git, scripting, IaC, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner on engagements from scoping to production.
• Build integrations and prototypes against partner and hyperscaler APIs.
• Model and defend commitment strategy against live cloud usage.
• Troubleshoot and drive fixes with partner/hyperscaler teams.
• Own technical conversations with Sales, Partnerships and Alliances.
• Document technicals and provide material for training.
