Job summary

Thinkgrid Labs is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our remote-First US healthcare interoperability team. You will design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, focusing on HIPAA-compliant, scalable solutions for healthcare clients.

You will manage Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and observability while collaborating with distributed teams to deliver reliable, compliant systems for patients and providers worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Azure and AWS ecosystems.
Deep experience with AKS and EKS in production.
Strong IaC skills: Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
Experience with HIPAA/HITRUST and PHI handling in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for healthcare and enterprise clients on Azure and AWS.
Manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS) and (EKS) end-to-end.
Build secure, compliant architectures and optimize networking, security, and observability.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
Collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable deployments.
