Thinkgrid Labs is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our remote-First US healthcare interoperability team. You will design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, focusing on HIPAA-compliant, scalable solutions for healthcare clients.
You will manage Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and observability while collaborating with distributed teams to deliver reliable, compliant systems for patients and providers worldwide.

We are hiring aCloudDevOps Engineer (US Healthcare Interoperability - Remote) to work on projects for healthcare insurance clients in the US, so excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Job Title: Cloud DevOps Engineer (US Healthcare Interoperability - Remote)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related.
Preferred certifications: AZ-104, AZ-303/305, AZ-400, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional (any combination is a plus).
