Job summary

CopilotIQ is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and develop scalable cloud infrastructure for our cloud-based health-tech platform, operating remotely with EST hours. You will drive IaC deployments, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and cost-efficiency across environments.

You will work with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3) and monitoring tools to maintain observability, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering and DevOps experience, with at least 2 years deploying SaaS in the cloud.
• Strong collaboration and growth mindset with proactive technical execution.
• Self-motivated with go-getter mentality.
• Knowledge of security best practices and IAM, OAuth, JWT familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Implement IaC driven deployments across staging, test, production.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Github Actions).
• Own monitoring and alerting, and ensure service observability.
• Lead disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Strengthen AWS security with IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF and encryption.
• Be on-call and contribute to system reliability.
