Mitratech is hiring a hands-on Data & Cloud Platform Leader for the AI organization. You will own the data and infrastructure foundation that enables higher-level AI platform capabilities and product experiences.

You will blend cloud platform engineering with data responsibilities, shape shared data services, and guide a growing team through scalable foundations used by multiple product teams. This role balances coding with leadership, mentoring one to two direct reports today and shaping the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Experience building/operating shared platform and data systems across multiple teams.
• Experience designing platform APIs or integration layers for complex infra.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud and data foundation for the AI organization and its platforms.
• Design a unified data access layer for agents and AI features across products.
• Define shared AI data storage (memory, context stores) and datasets.
• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse patterns for AI workloads.
• Shape data strategy around scale, operability, cost, and maintainability.
• Partner with governance teams on privacy, memory, and observability patterns.
• Provide reusable platform patterns and migrate teams to shared foundations.
• Hire, mentor, and grow the team, evolving toward separate data/platform groups.
