Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the HRS Platform Team, focusing on AI-driven engineering. You will code, test and implement web-based enterprise solutions and integrate AI-assisted tools into daily development.

The role requires 7+ years of software development experience, proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Java, TypeScript/Node, vanilla JS/React), REST APIs, SQL, cloud AWS, and secure auth (OAuth2/OIDC).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Experience with web services and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python/Go/Java/TypeScript/JS.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS preferred).
• Authentication and security protocols (OAuth2/OIDC).
• Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience shipping AI-assisted features.

Responsibilities

• Create code that meets design specifications and is maintainable.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to increase velocity and quality.
• Manage context/harness for reliable AI tool outputs.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project requirements.
• Perform unit, automation and peer testing.
• Document all work and provide training/demos as needed.
• Mentor others in AI tool usage.
• Lead projects and design efforts as needed.
