Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or data engineering with strong AWS focus.
• Proven experience architecting cloud data platform migrations in healthcare/enterprise.
• Track record of selecting AWS data services to meet reporting needs.
• Experience delivering analytics for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare data platform modernization.
• Architect AWS data solutions for XML object stores and SQL-based reporting.
• Design migration paths from MSSQL XML to AWS architectures.
• Build and maintain AWS data catalog, schemas, and metadata.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure data flow through pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD for data infra using AWS-native tooling.
• Apply IaC using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Document architecture decisions and data dictionaries clearly.
