Univedge Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced End-to-End Contact Center Solution Architect to lead enterprise CC transformations in the US. The role focuses on integrating NICE CXone, Siera, and Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and AI-powered customer service solutions.

The ideal candidate will architect cloud-based omnichannel platforms, ensure security and scalability, and guide migrations from legacy systems while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced in end-to-end contact center solution architecture for cloud-based platforms.
• Proficient with NICE CXone, Siera, and Amazon Connect, with integration to Salesforce Service Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for NICE CXone and Amazon Connect implementations.
• Design enterprise contact center capabilities including IVR, routing, omnichannel engagement.
• Architect Salesforce Service Cloud integrations (agent desktop, 360 view, case management).
• Design conversational AI, virtual agents, intelligent routing, and sentiment analysis solutions.
• Define integration architecture using AWS Lambda, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway and REST APIs.
