Job summary

Endava is seeking a Senior CCaaS Engineer in the United States to architect, optimize and support a cloud-based NICE CXone ecosystem. You will drive advanced integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and EPIC, while mentoring engineers and leading incident resolution for major events.

The ideal candidate brings deep CCaaS know-how, JavaScript/scriptable automation, and hands-on AI/voice technologies, with a focus on secure, scalable enterprise solutions. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CCaaS platforms and cloud-based contact-center ecosystems.
• Strong scripting, integration and AI/ML tooling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize and support NICE CXone based ecosystem.
• Lead real-time API integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow and EPIC.
• Design AI agents, LLM prompts and voice solutions for automation.
