The position offers $15.00 USD/hr base plus 10% commission, focusing on accelerating revenue through effective pipeline management and proactive system improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales over the phone and via inbound leads.
• Hands-on mastery of GoHighLevel: workflows, automations, funnels, and pipeline management.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, with clear communication to US decision-makers.

• Background in B2B software sales, SaaS, or financial/business services.

Responsibilities

• Own and close high-volume inbound ad leads through sales calls.
• Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and contacts.
• Build and refine automated follow-up sequences, emails, and SMS workflows.
• Re-engage past leads and unworked opportunities to generate new revenue.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance systems.
