Job summary

Globaltize is a fully remote, remote-first startup in the United States. We are hiring an internal Closer to join our growing sales team, focusing solely on closing high-ticket services for business owners and executives.

You’ll own the full sales cycle with inbound leads, supported by marketing and lead-gen to maximize activity and win rates. You’ll work in a fast-paced, consultative B2B environment, maintain a clean HubSpot CRM, and enjoy competitive base plus commission, with strong earnings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven closer who handles 6+ high-ticket calls/day.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your full sales pipeline.
• Run discovery and closing calls with qualified inbound leads.
• Follow up, nurture, and handle objections across touchpoints.
• Maintain CRM activity and deal tracking in HubSpot.
• Understand client pain points and present Globaltize as the solution.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals, including deposits.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for feedback and handoff.
• Improve sales script and pitch based on data.
