NewGen is hiring a Clipping Specialist on a 3-month fixed-term contract to build and run our clipping programmes at scale. You will identify and onboard clipping channels across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X, and ensure clips reach the right audiences for each brand.

Remote role starting ASAP. You will work with campaign, creator and tech teams, manage campaigns end-to-end in our in-house tooling, monitor performance daily, adjust budgets, and help evolve the tooling and

• Hands-on experience running clipping or creator distribution campaigns

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard clipping channels across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X
• Set up and manage campaigns end-to-end in in-house tooling
• Monitor performance and optimize spend to hit view and geo targets
• Produce clear performance reporting for internal teams and clients
• Document the process and playbooks so the programme can scale
