Job summary

TurFresh, a U.S.-based turf cleaning company, seeks a project-based marketing designer to craft social graphics, carousels, and campaign assets. You will edit short-form videos for Reels/TikTok/Shorts using supplied footage, and create web and email visuals to support promotions and education.

Work remotely with Pacific Time overlap, delivering on-brand content on a flexible schedule. You will translate briefs into finished assets and collaborate with our team to maintain consistent branding

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of marketing design for consumer brands or service businesses.
• Basic short-form video editing: selecting footage, creating engaging openings, trimming clips, adding captions, balancing audio, and formatting for each platform.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to make educational content clear and engaging.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing thoughtful creative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, educational carousels, and campaign assets.
• Short-form video editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using footage provided.
• Develop digital advertising graphics and video variations for testing hooks, messages, and CTAs.
• Create email graphics for promotions, customer education, and maintenance reminders.
• Design website and landing page graphics.
• Produce before-and-after content, customer testimonials, and service explainers.
• Create sales materials explaining our cleaning process, maintenance plans, and service value.
• Occasionally design flyers, brochures, and other print materials.
