Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Provider Recruitment Sourcer to identify and engage passive physician and APP candidates, building a robust talent pipeline across databases, networks, job boards, conferences and referrals.

You will collaborate with the Provider Recruiter and healthcare leaders, perform initial outreach and screening, maintain active postings, and deliver warm, qualified leads to support SEARHC's provider capacity in Southeast Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 2-3 years of physician recruitment sourcing/recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing physicians and APPs in rural/underserved healthcare settings
• Proficiency with recruiting databases and ATS; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Promote SEARHC mission and values in all duties
• Proactively engage passive candidates via databases, networks, job boards, social media, conferences, residencies, and referrals
• Perform outreach, qualification, and screening; present sourced candidates to Provider Recruiter
• Collaborate with Provider Recruiter and hiring managers/leaders
• Maintain active job postings on relevant platforms
• Build and maintain a provider talent pipeline across specialties
• Stay ahead of sourcing technologies and digital tools to optimize search
• Partner with Brand & Engagement for marketing campaigns
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional interactions
• Track recruiting metrics and refine strategies
• Coordinate career fairs and enter attendee data into Workday
• Assist Senior Provider Recruiter and Provider Services Director on projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
