Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium seeks a Provider Recruitment Sourcer to identify and engage passive physician and APP candidates across Alaska. The role emphasizes market research, digital sourcing, cold outreach, and building a robust talent bench for SEARHC’s Provider Services team.

Collaboration with medical leadership and the Senior Provider Recruiter is essential to understand clinical profiles and deliver qualified leads. The position may be remote or based in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of physician recruitment sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing physicians and APPs in rural/underserved healthcare systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with recruiting databases, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive physician and APP candidates.
• Perform initial outreach, screening, and present sourced candidates to Provider Recruiter.
• Maintain provider talent pipeline across specialties.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual career fairs; enter attendees into Workday.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
