Job summary

Clinical Partners in the United States is seeking a Clinician Relations & Standards Manager to oversee standards across our self-employed clinician workforce, handle complex cases, and drive governance improvements.

This home-based role requires occasional travel to our London head office and offers the chance to influence best practices, engage stakeholders, and build a high-quality clinical network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex people, conduct, or workforce matters.
• Experience working with contractor or self-employed clinicians.
• Strong governance, compliance, and risk management understanding.
• Experience handling investigations and escalated casework.
• Ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders and handle sensitive conversations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience developing or improving processes and controls.
• Proactive, organized, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first escalation point for clinician standards and relationship matters.
• Manage investigations, complaints, disputes, and escalations with evidence-based recommendations.
• Monitor clinician performance, contractual compliance and workforce risks.
• Support development and implementation of policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends and provide decision support.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with operations, clinical and people teams to ensure consistent standards.
• Gather clinician feedback and suggest improvements to engagement and retention.
• Drive continuous improvement across clinician relations and governance processes.
• Support KPI monitoring and performance improvement activities.
