Advocate Health is seeking a proactive onboarding liaison for clinicians, guiding post-offer transitions and coordinating start dates with the recruiting team. This role ensures licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment considerations are understood and addressed across markets.

The successful candidate will implement individualized onboarding plans and serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, driving timely starts and strong clinician satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Own the clinician transition post-offer, coordinating start dates and terms with recruiting.
• Advise operational leaders on onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory considerations.
• Proactively manage onboarding timelines and anticipate delays.
• Stay current on licensure, credentialing, and payer enrollment requirements.
• Collaborate with Licensing & Credentialing to assess credentialing impact on timelines.
