Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a proven Clinician Liaison to drive referrals from primary and specialty care providers. In this hybrid role, you will travel to care sites about 3 days per week and conduct virtual visits the remaining days.

You will report to the National Business Development Director and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to hardwire referral relationships. The position emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing education with clinicians, and use of Salesforce to document

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations by building relationships to keep providers informed and optimize care delivery.
• Create a high impact call plan with referring providers to drive patient volume to our practices.
• Plan and conduct frequent in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices and hospitals to advance shared patient relationships.
