Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. seeks a Clinician Liaison in Columbus, OH to drive referral volume by building relationships with primary and specialty care providers.

The role is 70% in the field with three days per week in person and two days virtual, reporting to the National Business Development Director. You will represent LifeStance clinicians, guide care pathways, and utilize Salesforce to document visits and manage referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate dialogue that yields referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations and build relationships with providers to optimize care delivery.
• Create call plans to drive patient volume to LS practices.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to primary and specialty care offices and hospitals to advance shared patient relationships with LS clinicians.
• Serve as a knowledge expert on LifeStance services to connect patients with appropriate care.
• Coordinate meetings with local practice operations to increase touchpoints with referrers.
• Arrange educational meetings with LifeStance clinical leadership to boost clinician interactions.
• Use virtual/digital touches when in-person visits aren’t feasible.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities as needed.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders of primary and specialty care groups.
• Operate with integrity and comply with policies and laws.
