Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a proactive Clinician Liaison to drive referrals from primary and specialty care, hospitals, and other sources in Minneapolis. You will spend about 3 days weekly in the field meeting partners and 2 days virtually, reporting to the National Business Development Director.

Expect a base of $70,000–$80,000 with annual bonus potential. Candidates should have a business/marketing background with 1–2 years in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate dialogue that results in the next referral.
• Proactive self-starter with goal- and metric-driven mindset.
• Collaborating in an accountable team environment.
• Comfort using data to prioritize efforts and drive performance.
• Open to constructive feedback to optimize call plan impact.
• Proficient in documenting visits in Salesforce as part of LS expectations.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations by building relationships with providers and keeping their voice heard to optimize care delivery.
• Create a high-impact call plan with referring providers and care sites to drive patient volume.
• Plan and conduct frequent in-person visits to offices and hospitals to advance patient relationships.
• Serve as a knowledge expert on LifeStance therapies and patient types for referring providers.
• Collaborate with the local practice operations team to increase touchpoints with referral partners.
