Job summary

Sevaro is a physician-founded virtual care company expanding teleneurology and multispecialty services nationwide. The Manager of Clinician Experience, Onboarding and Scheduling leads onboarding, training, and scheduling for clinicians, coordinating with credentialing, IT, and hospital partners to ensure timely readiness and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinician relations, onboarding, scheduling, or related operations.
• Healthcare administration or business background is preferred.
• Telemedicine knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onboarding and scheduling contact for clinicians.
• Lead orientation on culture, expectations, communication standards, and on-shift experience.
• Coordinate credentialing, licensing, IT, operations, and hospital relations.
• Manage nationwide scheduling for 80+ physicians and ensure credentialed site coverage.
• Track onboarding progress and resolve delays with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training guides and update workflow materials as processes change.
