Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Telemedicine experience is preferred.
• 5+ years in clinician relations or clinical operations.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and bias towards action, follow up, and urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians to address inquiries and facilitate communication.
• Develop onboarding processes for new physicians and navigate systems.
• Coordinate training sessions and resources on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for physician inquiries and concerns.
• Develop engagement strategies and regular communications with physicians.
• Define KPIs and regularly analyze data to track progress and identify trends.
• Evaluate and improve operational processes related to physician interactions.
