Job summary

SEVARO is a physician-founded, tech-enabled virtual specialty care company expanding neurology access nationwide. The Clinician Concierge plays a pivotal role guiding new physicians and APPs from hire to go-live, ensuring credentialing, licensing, and Synapse fluency while training teams across sites.

You’ll own onboarding workflows, collaborate with IT and hospital partners, and translate clinical processes into practical education for busy clinicians, remotely across time zones.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or the emergency department.
• Experience as a Nurse Liaison or Nurse Informaticist in a virtual role.
• Experience with one or more EMRs (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH); informatics, super-user, or go-live experience a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude, quick to learn new platforms and troubleshoot without a script.
• Exceptional communication and a white-glove service mindset that makes busy clinicians feel supported and prepared.
• Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable juggling multiple clinicians and sites at different onboarding stages.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexibility for occasional early-morning or evening sessions across time zones.
• Open and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated onboarding contact for every physician and APP from day one.
• Train clinicians on Synapse utilization and site workflows.
• Assist with credentialing applications and licensing submissions.
• Create and refine training guides and workflow documentation.
• Bridge between clinicians and departmental leads to expedite onboarding.
• Own institutional knowledge of hospital sites and workflows.
• Lead remedial or expanded education when needed.
