Job summary

Sevaro is a physician-founded, tech-enabled virtual specialty care company focused on teleneurology and rapid access to neurology experts. The Clinician Concierge role launches clinicians onboard to Sevaro culture, Synapse workflows, and credentialing, ensuring readiness from hire through go-live and beyond.

This fully remote role demands a tech-savvy, proactive communicator who can coordinate across departments, sites, and time zones while maintaining patient-centered service and operational

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or ED.
• Experience as Nurse Liaison or Nurse Informaticist in a virtual role.
• Experience with one or more EMRs; informatics/super-user/go-live a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learner of new platforms.
• Exceptional communication and white-glove service mindset.
• Highly organized and self-directed; comfortable juggling multiple clinicians/sites.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours across time zones.
• Open to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own clinician onboarding and serve as the main point of contact from hire to go-live.
• Train clinicians on Synapse usage and site workflows.
• Assist with credentialing applications and licensing submissions.
• Create/update training guides and workflow documentation.
• Bridge clinicians with credentialing, licensing, IT, and hospital partners to accelerate onboarding.
• Maintain institutional knowledge for each site and system.
• Lead remedial or expanded education when gaps are identified by the quality team.
