Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to guide our team responsible for preparing new clinical trials for activation and execution across our growing site network. This role combines clinical expertise, project management, quality oversight, and people leadership.

The Clinical Research Team Lead will help ensure that study resources, internal project plans, and site handoffs are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience, preferably in a healthcare project management position.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day leadership to other team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead study projects during the initial launch of the trial.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate activation timelines.
• Maintain detailed project plans reflecting site, study team, and centralized department responsibilities.
• Identify study-specific barriers, dependencies, and trial-limiting factors early.
• Monitor study activation, first patient screening, first patient visits, and first randomization milestones.
