Job summary

WillHire is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the local component of a clinical trial, ensuring recruitment, timelines and budget compliance. You will coordinate with CRAs and sites, maintain trial integrity and patient safety, and represent the company with investigators and regulators.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic planning and risk mitigation, with the ability to travel domestically (10–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum 6 years of experience in clinical research.
• Master's degree or PharmD plus minimum 4 years of experience in clinical research.
• PhD or MD plus minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational management of the local component of a clinical trial.
• Leads local trial team to ensure trial integrity, patient safety and timely reporting.
• Ensures local/regional trial is conducted in line with regulatory requirements, coordinating with CRAs, sites, and suppliers.
• Represents the company at internal and external meetings (sites, regulators).
• Travel domestically 10–20% and work remotely with onsite as needed in Ridgefield CT.
