Minimum 4-year college degree with at least 2 years in a similar clinical trial support role and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, science or healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project or similar system.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and file them in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain CTMS data including milestone dates and enrolment projections.
• Prepare and document study training; manage training records and identify gaps.
• Establish study-level SharePoint site and manage access for team and sponsors.
• Create project-specific email boxes and manage access to study systems.
• Manage user access requests and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Order study supplies and initial binders and arrange shipping to locations.
• Maintain study trackers and assist with study reports and updates.
