Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join a close-knit clinical trial team dedicated to advancing therapies that save lives. You will support feasibility, investigator recruitment, site start up activities, eTMF management, and essential document review and filing to ensure timely activation and delivery of study milestones.

Qualifications

Graduate of a secondary education or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months to 6 years of clinical research experience, depending on level.

Responsibilities

Support feasibility and investigator recruitment efforts.
Assist or drive site start-up activities and planning of site-level milestones.
Work within forecasted submission/approval timelines.
Review, validate, track, and file essential documents for investigational sites; follow up on missing/incomplete/invalid documents.
Prepare and submit Central EC applications; support Local EC submissions and hospital approvals as required.
Own and manage eTMF and study mailboxes; close out TMF deliverables.
Provide administrative support to the project team for study activities and vendor coordination.
